Practice and Inquiry: Choose a situation or conditioned dynamic you are seeking to transform, a dynamic of suffering that is seeking liberation or a limited belief. Write down a one sentence statement encapsulating such. Ask penetrating questions with curiosity about the creation of and sustainability of such a conditioned dynamic. Read what you have written before entering into your meditation or centering practice and then let go, let the practice do the work. Be patient and allow the practice to perfume the clear intention, acting wisely, compassionately and skillfully means moving forward.
