In the spring of 2015 I hit a wall, a wall of self-anger. As I delved into the cause I discovered I had a tendency to offer others support while neglecting my own emotional needs. Within my anger I found a deep caring for myself and the freedom of self-forgiveness. During the winter of 2016 while doing my own personal ‘work’, I developed the 30 day program and accompanying workshop. Awareness of the 15 key elements emerged from my study of inspiring authors and my daily meditation practice. My love for myself has grown immeasurably as I embrace these tools on a daily basis. I offer these tools to you.
How the program works: Every other day for 30 days you will receive an email including the key element and supplemental exercise needed to facilitate your growth. Take time alone every day to engage the material and journal your findings. Each day builds on the last creating greater self-compassion.
